Track or cancel an order
Open your WAway order page. Sign in with the email used at checkout to view order status. For a single purchase, the fastest tracking link is the "View your order" button in the order confirmation email. If the order has not been packed or fulfilled, use the Cancel order option on the order page when available. If the button is not shown, email support@waway.com with your order number.
